About Us

Two studios.
One family.

South Georgia Dance Company in Adel and South Georgia Gymnastics & Cheer in Nashville are two studios led by the same team — with one shared belief that every child deserves confidence, strong technique, and a place to belong.

SGDC Mission

Dance with purpose

At South Georgia Dance Company, our mission is to seek God's direction as we grow dancers, leaders, and performers with purpose. We're committed to prayer, listening for His direction, acting in faith, and taking intentional steps to fulfill the plan He has for our studio and our families.

Through dance we build strong technique and performance skills — alongside character, confidence, teamwork, and faith.

SGC Mission

Strong athletes. Confident kids.

At South Georgia Gymnastics & Cheer Company, our goal is to provide a positive, encouraging environment where children develop strength, flexibility, confidence, discipline, and teamwork — while having fun.

Whether your child is just learning to jump and roll or training for competition, we have a class designed for them.

What we stand for

Our values

Character first

We teach technique, but character is the point. Confidence, respect, and teamwork travel with our students long after class.

Every child belongs

Ages 2 through 12th grade, recreational or competitive — there's a spot for your child in our family.

Family-oriented

Parents are partners. We keep communication simple and everything you need in one place.

USAG & USAF trained

Our gymnastics coaches are professionally trained for age-appropriate progressions and safety.

Performance opportunities

Christmas & Spring recitals, competition teams, cheer performances — moments to shine.

Purpose-driven

SGDC's foundation is faith. Every decision starts with prayer for our dancers and families.

"These girls are so much more than teachers to me. They are teammates, encouragers, problem solvers, role models, and family. They are what make South Georgia Dance Company the special place it is — and I truly could not do this life without them."
— Mrs. Courtney, Studio Owner
