Team Placement
Teams are determined by age, skill level, tumbling and stunting ability, experience, team needs, and overall attitude and commitment. All placement decisions made by SGC coaches and staff are final.

Our USAG-trained competitive program develops confident gymnasts through vault, uneven bars, balance beam, floor, and strength & conditioning — building character alongside skill.

Level Placement
Levels 1–3: Coaches' discretion.
Levels 4–10: Gymnasts must score the state-required score to advance.
